To start, you'll need to install the QuickBooks Workforce app to manage the employees time entries. To access your team member's timesheets in the app, here's how:

 

  1. Select Track Time.
  2. Proceed to Timesheets section.
  3. Choose My timesheets, then All timesheets.

I don’t have that option in my app

Here's how to clear app data on iOS devices:

 

  1. Go to the phone's settings.
  2. Access General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from your application list.
  4. Select Offload App.

 

If you're using an Android device, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the phone's settings, then Apps.
  2. Tap QuickBooks Online.
  3. In your Storage section, select Clear Data.

 

 If the same happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to avoid these unusual behaviors and start fresh.
