You can run a separate bonus-only paycheck and enter the amount As a net so the employee will get the exact bonus amount. This way, taxed will still be calculated but it'll be a company-paid tax.
Here's how to create separate bonus-only paychecks:
At the left navigation panel, click Payroll.
Select Employees.
From theRun payroll▼ dropdown, selectBonus only.
Under how you'd like to enter the bonus, choose As a net.
Select the employee, then enter theBonusamount.
Below the list of employees, selectEdit✎ next to Payroll options.
Select the payroll options you want. Then selectApply.
Select preview and submit payroll.
