Hi there, Jodi. You can easily access your W-3, Unemployment, and 941 ME tax forms in QuickBooks by going to the Payroll Taxes section and selecting the Resources option.

Know that QuickBooks handles the filing of your tax forms. This means that all forms will be available for viewing or printing approximately 35 days after the end of the quarterIf you require any amended forms, they will become accessible after your case has been resolved.

To view your Unemployment and 941 ME forms, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My apps.
  2. Hover over the Payroll menu, and choose Payroll Taxes.
  3. Click on the Filings tab, then select Resources.
  4. Select Archived forms and filings.
  5. Use the Search bar, the Start and End Date, or the Filter option to locate your Unemployment or 941 ME forms.

To access your W-3 form, repeat steps 1–3, then select W-2s to find your W-3.
