How do I view past w2s?

You can access past W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Jeff228, through the Payroll Tax Center.

If you or we have e-filed the forms in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:

1. Hover My Apps and go to the Payroll tab.
2. Click Payroll taxes.
3. Select the Filings tab.
4. Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
   
   
   
   
5. Select a Filter based on the form type you wish to view, or click on the Start date or End date to edit and view the past W-2.
   
   
   
   
6. Hit the form name, then select View.
