Hi there, @info-loys-us.

Thanks for reaching out. How's your day going so far? I hope all is well.

If you wish to stop paying one or more of your employees via Auto Payroll, you need to unenroll them.

Make sure you're signed in to QuickBooks Online as the primary admin.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, then Payroll settings.
  2. In the Auto Payroll box, select Edit.
  3. Click on Select employees for Auto Payroll.
  4. Tap on one or more of the enrolled employees.
  5. Hit Save changes.
  6. Review the confirmation window, then select Done.

As for your other issue, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team for further review if the payroll has already been submitted automatically. You can use the link I'm including below to connect with our team directly.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care!
