How to add company name to payroll report for printing

It's my goal to ensure the company name is displayed on your Payroll Summary report when printing it in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), 1776stone.

In QBOP, the company name will not be displayed after generating the Payroll Summary report. However, you'll need to export it as a PDF to show the necessary detail. Please refer to these steps on how to export and print the report:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Search the Payroll Summary report.
3. Select the Export dropdown, then Print or save PDF.
4. Click Print.

Moreover, you'll want to invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce so they'll have access to their paystubs and W-2s online.
