How to change the email in Payroll Notifications

I'd be glad to walk you through the process of changing your email address for payroll notifications in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll. 

You can change your email address in Payroll Settings. 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings.
2. Find the Email Notifications and click the pencil icon to edit. 
3. Update the Email address, then click Save.
