In QuickBooks Online, if these paychecks haven't been processed yet, update the state withholding taxes from your employee's profile. Then, delete the paychecks created and recreate or re-run your payroll again. Before doing so, make sure you're the primary admin of the account to enable these changes efficiently.
Here's how to change worker's withholding taxes:
Go to the Payroll menu and select the Employees tab.
Click the name of the employee.
Select Edit, under the Tax withholding section.
Make the necessary changes.
Then, click Save.
Once done, delete the paychecks and re-create them again. Then, run your payroll.
