How true is it that payroll and funds will be deposited by 8pm today? Read this on intuit's FB page.

I wouldn’t count on payroll always hitting by exactly 8 pm. Deposit timing depends on your bank’s posting schedule, the funding method, and when Intuit actually releases the payroll. Sometimes employees see funds earlier in the day, sometimes it slips to the next morning if the bank batches late. If the FB post was about standard direct deposit, it’s more of a general guideline than a guarantee. The best move is to check your bank’s ACH cut-off times or use the payroll confirmation in QuickBooks to see when Intuit sent the file out.
