You have two options to issue the pay stubs to your employee. First, you can print them manually through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll account. Here's how:
Go to Payroll, then Employees.
Click on the Paycheck list link.
Filter the date range and the employee's name.
Select the paycheck you want to print.
Click Print from the Action column.
A preview of the paycheck or pay stub opens. Select the printer icon to proceed.
