I’m trying to get an apartment but I can’t find my electronic w-2s? Where are they ?

Congratulations on getting a new apartment, Gary. I'd be glad to guide you in locating your electronic W-2 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The W-2s contain your income, taxes deducted from the paycheck, benefits offered, and other relevant data. Follow the steps below to access them within the program:

1. Go to the Taxes menu, then choose Payroll Tax.
2. Click the Filings tab.
3. Scroll down, then hit the Archived forms and filings link.
4. Choose the date range you need.
5. Hit View on the W-2, then hit Print or Download.

Take note that the liability period only extends back to two years. If you need to get much older forms, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can pull up your account and provide you with copies.
