I need to find a copy of my 941 4th quarter 2020

I've got the steps to locate a copy of your filed 941 forms in QuickBooks Online, rickell.

You can view and print your 941 forms in QBO's Archive option after you've e-filed or manually filed them. I'll guide you through the process.

For e-filed tax forms:

1. Navigate the Taxes tab, and select Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms.
4. In the Archived forms window, search for 4th quarter 941.
5. Click View.

For manually filed tax forms:

Step 1: Archive the forms

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
4. Select the period, then Archive.

Step 2: View the form

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
4. Select the  dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
5. Select the 941 forms, then View.
