I'll share with you the options on how you can reset your payroll PIN, @dpalermo1.
If you still have the old PIN, you can change it in the Payroll Account Management Portal. It must be 8 to 12 characters. Then, there should have no combination of letters and numbers and no special characters, such as $, %, #. Let me guide you how.
Go to Employees from the top menu.
Select My Payroll Service.
Choose Account/Billing Information.
Log in to your Intuit Account.
Go to the Payroll Info section.
Select Update PIN under Payroll service PIN.
Enter your old PIN.
Create a new PIN and then confirm it.
Click Submit.
You can also change the PIN in the Send Payroll Data window. You must log in as an admin to the program before performing this action. For more information, see the Method 2 section through this article: Change PIN for Processing Direct Deposit Payroll.
If it's lost or forgotten, you'll have to download the PIN request form so you can reset it. It must be signed by either the primary or secondary principal. Then, indicate your company's EIN and attach a photocopy of your government issued ID. Then, send the requirements via FAX or email as seen in the Reset a lost or forgotten PIN section through the article I provided above.
I'm also adding this link for you: Payroll and Workers. This website covers all related topics about managing your employees, running payroll, and filing tax forms.
Just drop a comment below if you need anything else. Have a great day, @dpalermo1.

For security reasons, we cannot provide your Payroll PIN as this is a private security key you created during your Payroll Service setup, @Danielle11_2.
Since you don't remember setting one up, you can check your email history for messages from Intuit when you first set up your payroll services.
Alternatively, If you can't locate your PIN, you can reset it using your QuickBooks Admin password.
Here's how:
Login to your QuickBooks company file as Admin.
Go to Employees, then select Send Payroll Data.
In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, select Send.
In the Payroll Service PIN window, select Forgot your PIN?
Enter your Admin password, then click OK.
Create a new PIN and then select Confirm.
Hit Submit.
Please note that the new PIN must be 8–12 characters and include at least one letter and one number. Special characters aren't allowed.
