To keep your account active, we will set up your card on a billing cycle. You can choose to pay monthly or save 10% with annual billing.
If your account becomes inactive and you want to resubscribe, you have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription. You can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency after resubscribing.
Here are the steps on how to view your subscription info:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
Go to Settings ⚙️, then Subscriptions and Billing.

To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last (6) six months' bills.
