Is sales the only contact # to speak to a live rep
I have a complicated problem. I did reach a rep once (between my current employer and o we have over 20 hours into trying to find a solution). He uses quick books to do payroll. I had a business a few years ago and had an intuit account. When I sold I changed my email to my personal email. He sends me a link for my payroll stubs. A couple of paystubs in and I started getting a different email than the rest of the staff. One I can’t open from intuit. My boss is 70 and the only way he’s been able to reach anyone from support is by text. This took 4 hours. It was fixed for 1 pay period and now it’s messed up again. I can’t see my Ira contributions, salary, taxes and worst of all I don’t even know of I’m getting paid correctly for commissions. This has been going on for close to a year!! My boss is frustrated and keeps putting off trying again because he has a business to run. Half a day every other week is asking alot when it’s not fixed. But I have a right to my pay stubs. For some reason one of the other girls isn’t even getting her email or link. I need a live person who understands English to figure out why it keeps changing back. Is it intuit, is my boss sending them incorrectly? A combination? Intuit keeps saying my boss has to deal with it. It’s not my account. All I want are my pay stubs. Not access to any of his information. It’s not right that they make a 60 year old man who doesn’t type text to try to fix this. I have a feeling he’s not getting all the correct information. I understand using chat bots or chat for common situations but this isn’t common. How do I reach a live rep (other than sales) that can help me get my paystubs? Or do I have to find a labor board or something to file a complaint so my boss gets pissed enough to drop intuit or start writing google reviews or something. They live been a nightmare since shortly after Covid before I sold my agency!!! I’m not 100% what product other than payroll he uses and I don’t care. Online/desk top…o don’t have his fein but I have my info. Just want my pay stubs. I think but can’t prove he owes me close to $1,000 in unpaid commissions!!!! All the other employees are getting their stubs. One stopped in Feb. she gets nothing. Not even the wrong link. There were 6 of us. Recently there are 5. So why the two of us and the others are fine?!
