Is there a way for me to located all my paystubs from one employer?

I'd be glad to assist you in viewing your paystubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin with, please ensure that your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and that you've set up your account. You will need to receive an invitation link from your employer to access your paycheck information online. Once you receive the invitation link in your email, click Accept Invite. This will allow you to view your paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year. If you haven’t received an invitation yet, please remind your employer to send one.

If you are using QuickBooks Workforce on a Web Browser:

1. If you haven't yet, set up your Workforce account.
2. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com. 
3. Select Paychecks.
4. Choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.

Do one of the following:

1. Select Download on the pay stub you want to download.
2. Select a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it if you need.
3. To download all of your pay stubs at once: select Download all (this option isn't available for everyone).

If You Are Using QuickBooks Workforce on App:

1. Tap Money.
2. To view or download your current pay stub, from Latest Paycheck, tap View details. Then tap Download.
3. To view other pay stubs, from All Paychecks, tap View.
4. Tap the pay stub you want to view.

Moreover, you have the option to request your employer to either download or print out your paystubs for your convenience.
