Welcome to the Community space. I'm here to share information about tracking mileage data in QuickBooks Online.
An option to directly share mileage data with your bookkeeper is unavailable. The information needs to be accessed through the Mileage app within QuickBooks.
As a workaround, you can export your mileage data manually. QuickBooks downloads your trips to your computer as a CSV file.
Here's how:
Go to Apps and select Mileage.
Select the drop-down arrow next to Add trip.
Select Download Trips.
Alternatively, you can add your bookkeeper as a user or accountant. This way, they can access your data directly within your account.
Aside from categorizing your mileage using mobile devices, you can also perform the process via the web browser. I've attached an article you can check out for additional reference on the steps: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.
Drop me a response if you have more concerns regarding your mileage data or sharing information with your bookkeeper. I'll be around to assist you. Take care.
