Open your QBO account, and ensure that you log in as an admin.
Go to the URL in your browser's address bar, delete all the text, and enter the following web address instead: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
You'll be prompted with a message, click Yes if you're certain that you want to delete your company data.
Click OK, and then Wipe the data.
On the other hand, if your account is more than 60 days old, you'll need to cancel your current account and then start a new company by signing in to QBO using your user ID and password.
