Me too! The AI assistant is spewing nonsense. I can't seem to find a phone number anywhere. I'm not sure where to go from here. I can't even report the problem.
Has anyone found a way to contact them? I've been on hold in chat and don't know who to contact. My employees haven't been paid- we had the money and I submitted payroll extra early. No checks have been deposited.
Looks like we're all having the same issue.... I'm currently on hold to speak with someone (almost at the hour mark) and the automated system is saying "There was an issue with processing payroll, but it has now been resolved. Payroll will be processed today". I am also getting the same message on the employee paycheck list " This employee will be paid by the of the day on 08/29/25".

Same here in Texas, except SOME employees report that their money showed up in their account. Most have not and it has not hit the company bank. Obviously, there's a glitch somewhere!
