Hello, Lily.

Let me route you to our Live Support Team, who can assist further with adjusting your paychecks over three affected pay periods. They can securely access your account and guide you through the necessary corrections.

Here is how you can contact support:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Help (?) icon, then select Search.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
  4. Select Payroll and choose how you'd like to connect: either Chat with us or Have us call you.

Please be aware of our business hours to ensure availability for assistance.

In the meantime, you can apply the adjustments to the next payroll to balance the overpayments by updating deductions and contributions. Here's how:

  1. Go to My apps, select Payroll, and choose Employees.
  2. Choose the employee whose contribution needs to be updated.
  3. Click Edit on the Deductions and contributions.
  4. Click the pencil icon, update the health insurance contribution amount to ensure future paychecks reflect accurate employer contributions, and click Save.
  5. Then, click Done.

Feel free to reach out to us again if you have follow-up questions. The Community space is available 24/7.
