payroll direct deposit is not processing through bank account

We ran our payroll and it shows as processed in Quickbooks Online, however, it is NOT processing through our bank account.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I know how stressful it is to see it processed but not reflected in your bank account. The direct deposit funding timeframe determines how many days before a paycheck's date you need to submit a payroll to Intuit for processing, Kandikarnath. 

 

You can have one of the following options for your funding time:

  • Same-day lead time
  • Next-day or 1-day lead time
  • 2-day lead time
  • 5-day lead time

 

You can review the setup to confirm your funding status. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Payroll Settings.
  2. In the Direct deposit section, click the pencil icon.
  3. See what option you have selected.

On the other hand, if you're still not seeing the funds in your bank account, I recommend contacting our support team so they can double-check why this is happening. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
  2. Under the Search tab, type in Contact us.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select the Callback option.
  5. Follow the prompts until you'll talk to one of our representatives.
