Payroll is showing on hold, my people didn't get paid.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support and sharing your concerns. 

 

Typically when a hold has been placed on your payroll, you should receive an email regarding why that is. If you don't have an email, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. This way, an agent can review your account securely and investigate why the hold has been placed.
