The cost of payroll fees depends on your subscription level. Therefore, upgrading your subscription will increase fees. If you want to use the Mineral Inc. platform, you'll need to upgrade your payroll subscription to Premium or Elite.

Thank you for your answer, appreciate it. Our subscription is Quickbooks Payroll Premium, will that automatically subscribe us to Mineral? Will that charge us additonal? Need your help. Thank you

If you’re the primary admin of QuickBooks, follow the steps to access the Human Resources Services:

 

  1. Go to the Workers menu, then select Human Resources.
  2. Select any of the topics.
