QBO Payroll Taxes ONLY automatic, starting July 1?

I get an email today that QBO Payroll will only do AUTOMATIC???? They claim accountants don't want to do payroll taxes??? Says WHO? QB takes the money out way in advance of when it needs to be withdrawn and the only experiences I've had with it have been a nightmare!  

I loathe QBO even MORE than I did already and I didn't think I could think LESS of it.
