Quick books online mileage app for android has not been working?

Upon reviewing my resources, I found that there is a recent investigation (INV-112427) regarding the mileage tracker issue in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Rest assured that our engineers are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team to be added to the list of affected users. This will ensure you receive status updates about the investigation via email.

To do that:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the (?) Help.
3. Use the search field to enter your inquiry and search for Help articles.
4. Select Contact Us, then select a topic to connect with the right expert.

If you're using the Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start plans, our support hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. For Advanced subscription users, support is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
