Question

Single Payroll report that shows gross from each location

Is there a single payroll report that has the gross and then breaks that gross down into the expense by multiple locations?

Currenlty I have 5 locations (departments) and I have to print 5 different location reports to the gross payroll for each location.

clarification:  I only want to print one report not 5 reports.   I want one report to show each location and that respective location's gross.

We recognize the significance of generating a specific report that shows each location and its respective gross payroll information in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for your business, LDO.

 

As this report is unavailable, we encourage you to share your insights with our product development team, as they actively collect user suggestions for potential future updates and improvements. We highly value our users' ideas to help us improve our software.
 
Here's how you can send them:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your QBO account. 
  2. Select Feedback under the Profile section. 
  3. Enter your suggestion and click Next to submit. 

 

As a workaround, we recommend generating the Payroll Detail report for each location, filtering the data, and exporting it to Excel to combine into a single file.
