Question

Stale Dated Payroll cheque

I have a stale dated payroll cheque in 2025 and I have not been able to find the employee to advise them about the cheque. We are now doing the year end and I need to do something with the cheque. I know how to reverse the cheque but because we reported earnings and deductions with CRA on this cheque, I am not sure how to proceed.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I am using QBDT
