Terminated employee needs me to resend w2 to a different email as they lost access to the one it was sent to

Hi there, @ranjit2. Since W-2s can't be automatically re-emailed, you can resend them by printing a copy and sending it to the employee's new email address.

You can access the W-2 in two places. The first option is in the Archive. Navigate to Payroll > Payroll taxes> Filings > Archive. From there, you can select the W-2 forms, copy, print, and send them to your employees.

The other option is to print them in the employees' profiles. Go to Payroll> Employees, filter it to inactive employees, then select your employee and go to Documents to print their W-2 form.
