The mileage tracker on the app has stopped working. I've checked the settings on my Android and all are set correctly. Any suggestions?

To do this through the app, simply tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant. Otherwise, refer to the steps below:

1. On your browser, sign in to your company file.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. In the Type or Ask something field, enter your inquiry.
4. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.

In the meantime, you can manually enter the trips into your QBO account using the web browser as a workaround. Follow the steps below:
 

1. Select Miles.
2. Edit the Date.
3. You can add a start and end address.
4. Enter the distance in the Add miles field.
5. Add a Trip purpose note.
6. When you're done, select Save.
