Transferring from Desktop to Online putting in Paystubs with Journal Entry and Payroll Labilities is showing a Negative

 

Could you please look at the PDF and tell me what I am doing wrong.  It has been so long since I've had to do this.

Based on the PDF attachment you've shared with us, the negative amounts you are referring to in QuickBooks Online are the credit balances, which are normal for payroll liability accounts. QBO displays these as negatives to represent liabilities, so there’s nothing wrong with your data.
