Trying to find my pay stubs from a previous employer

You can access your pay stubs online if your previous employer used QuickBooks Payroll, invited you, and you've set up a QuickBooks Workforce account before. If you did, then sign in to Workforce using the credentials associated with your last job.

If you can't log in to your account, you can troubleshoot to see what's going on. Once logged in to your account, view your pay stubs and other payroll data, either via a web browser or the QuickBooks Workforce app.

However, if none of these suggestions work, consider reaching out to your former employer, as they can help you gain access to your payroll data, troubleshoot for missing pay stubs, or email you a copy of your pay stubs if necessary.
