"We had to suspend direct deposit because we couldn't verify some of your info." I volunteer for a small non-profit organization which has had its direct deposit stopped. This has stopped payroll from being provided and stopped payment of payroll tax liabilities. Several cases has been opened to no avail. The organization's Executive Director is frantic. NOTHING has been changed in the organization's banking or payroll operations. 
What to do?
