We have the Hartford for workers comp. Insurepayconnect is supposed to pay the Hartford with each payroll. How do I connect my business account to insurpayconnect

Hello, Drv4. InsurePay cannot directly connect with your QuickBooks business account, as QuickBooks doesn't currently support that integration yet.

 

To make sure InsurePay can pay The Hartford, you can reach out to The Hartford’s customer service team to confirm if your workers' compensation insurance is eligible for InsurePay and to ensure everything is set up correctly for smooth payments. 
 
Alternatively, you can search for a third-party app in QuickBooks Online that might connect your business account to The Hartford for payments.
 

Here's how to find one: 
 

  1. Click the My Integration icon beside to the Notification bar.
  2. Select Find Integrations.
  3. Enter keywords into the search bar to find an app that meets your needs.

    You can also go directly to our QuickBooks App Store website to look for an app that suits your business needs.
