When a payroll direct deposit reversal is successful, does QBO update the employee’s payroll records, or is a manual correction required?
When a payroll direct deposit reversal is submitted in QuickBooks Online Payroll and the reversal is successful, does QBO automatically update the employee’s payroll records to reflect that the funds were reversed?
For example, does QBO make any correction or adjustment to the employee’s profile/paycheque history, or do I need to manually adjust the employee’s payroll records after the reversal is confirmed?
