Where do I find an old 941 form

You can view your previously filed tax forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the Taxes menu. 

If you've e-filed your form 941:

1. Go to the Taxes and then the Payroll Tax section. 
2. Select the Filings tab. 
   
3. Proceed to the Resources tab and then click on Archived forms and filings for past forms. 
   

If you have manually filed your Form 941, follow these steps to archive and then view it:

To archive the form: 

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
   
   
3. Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File and click on Record filing. 
4. Choose the period, then Archive.

To view the form: 

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Click the Filings tab.
3. Proceed to the Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
4. Select the dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
5. Choose the form name, then View.
