Did you or employees not get their deposit today either.  That would be direct deposits directly through QB?

We are in the same boat. Waiting to speak to someone so I can tell my employees when to expect it today. I really wish QBO would at least send out a notice so we know it's being addressed.

I have been hold over 2 hours now. They just keep playing the same message. We need an eta of when the deposits will go through.

I've been waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone about the same issue. My employees didn't receive their deposit this morning either.

i know when iam late on paying anything in this great world i incur late charges but i guess this is a granted exception.are we supposed just be ok with it.
