I understand that providing your employees with their W-2s as soon as possible is crucial. Here's some information that might help. If you're using Core, Premium, or Elite payroll and have enabled the Automate taxes and forms feature in your payroll settings, your employees' W-2s would have been sent via USPS to their home addresses between January 20 and January 31.
However, if employees still don't receive them after a few days, don't hesitate to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. They can use additional tools to investigate further.
Click the Help menu.
On the pop-up window, click the Search tab.
Tap the Contact Us button.
In the box, enter "Employees did not receive their W-2."
Hit Continue.
Select either Chat with us or Have us call you.
