A payslip from January (before the payroll update) seems to have disappeared?

Hello emmeline-bristol, 

Can I clarify which payroll software you migrated from and to (PaySuite, Standard or Advanced) and whether there were multiple payslips in the January pay run and it is the case that just a single payslip which was removed.
