Can we confirm whether you are using the Standard payroll or the advanced payroll? Our payroll team has advised this issue is been escalated currently with them to resolve. If the standard payroll is the payroll you are using just reply back here and we will add your company to the escalation and notify you as soon as it is resolved. If you are using the advanced payroll could you provide a screenshot from the chart of accounts payroll expense account history and we'll look into what has caused this?
