Do you know what type of bank feed you we're on? Sounds like you were on a standard feed and its wanting you to update to a Open Banking Feed, Are you the main account holder for the bank? If you have more than one main account holder have you both gave consent at the bank?
Can you advise if your receiving any error codes so we can look closer into this?
I don't want you to experience this kind of trouble, @jkscatena.
The Manage Consent button is not working due to the browser's cache build-up. Let me share with you the steps to help you fix the situation.
Let's perform basic troubleshooting on those installed browsers by opening an Incognito/private window to rule out the cache. Here are the shortcut keys:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
After these steps, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and check if the Manage Consent button is accessible. For further details on re-authorizing your consent, refer to this article: Re-consent your bank feed connection.
There's no option to communicate before the consent expires, and it's not necessary to disconnect and reconnect your bank. Instead, every 90 days, you'll need to reconfirm the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online to stay compliant.
Don't hesitate to reach us if you have other questions about re-authorizing consents. We'll do our best to provide optimal solutions. Have a good day ahead.
