It's possible that your Payroll subscription has expired, y_dunlop.
You can go to your Billing & Subscription tab and check its status. If it shows Expired, you may want to subscribe again.
If the status is Active, but the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching to our Phone Agents. They'll check to see why this issue persists. Here's how to contact them:
Click the ?Help icon, and then ContactUs.
Enter payroll as your keyword.
Click Let'stalk.
Select either Getacallback or Startachat.
Enter your necessary details, and then continue with the steps.
Once everything is fine, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague on how to change your payroll date.
