Employer NI relief not registered with HMRC but requested in QB and saved. HMRC claims this is not done as I am getting fines for underpayment

Hi CS47, thanks for joining the Community - did you complete the employers NI relief details in QuickBooks before running the payroll, and have you submitted the most recent EPS report?
