Filed my last return on HMRC online period june to august quickbooks was showning the return was sent, i marked as sent then requested to save it cant find save button?

If it was a return not part of making tax digital it should just have a mark as filed option. Could you provide a screen shot of the the period you are trying to show as already sent.
