Has anyone else lost payroll from their account since the new interface appeared this month?

I appreciate you sharing your observations, Onsite. In the new interface, you can access your payroll by hovering over the My Apps menu.

 

I've attached a sample screenshot to guide you in locating and managing your payroll data within the new interface. 
 


If you're referring to something else, such as missing payroll data or direct deposits, I recommend reaching out to our live support team. 

 

Our live experts can further check the situation while ensuring security throughout the process. To reach them, please follow these steps:  

 

  1. Click the Help icon, then select the Search tab.
  2. Hit the Contact Us area below.
  3. Describe what happens to your payroll in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue and then choose the Callback option.
