This is absolutely unacceptable - all our pay history has disappeared. QBO, there are a boatload of complaints, we all see them - and some are a month old - the damage is unquantifiable and completely unacceptable - especially while we are filing taxes. That it's been an issue for over a month and is still an issue suggests you were not ready to "upgrade" us - so you need to roll it back!
We can take some steps to review your payroll history, mailingroom.
Since your payroll history has disappeared, I recommend logging out of your QuickBooks Online account and then logging back in. Once you're back in, check the filters to locate your pay history. Here's how to proceed:
For QuickBooks Online Core Payroll:
Navigate to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
Choose the employee whose history you want to view.
Click the Payroll payment list tab.
Click Print.
For QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll:
Navigate to the Payroll menu.
Go to the Reports tab and select Pay slip report.
Use the filters to refine your search like Pay schedule, Date range, Employees, and Location.
Click Run report to view the results or Download to save the report.
