Our Chat Support Specialists will need to send the e-mail template that you need to complete to confirm the changes to your payroll. One of them will need to pull up your account and process the escalation in your behalf.
Here's how you can reach them:
Click Help in the upper-right corner.
Click Contact us.
Enter a summary of your concern.
Click Let's talk.

This does not seem to answer the question. Why is the process such a secret that it cannot be described online? Saying (effectively) "Call us and give us full access to your accounts, and then we will tell you" is very worrying.
If you would like to switch from Paysuite to the Standard or Advanced payroll you will have to contact us to enable our Tier 1 agents to create a case and escalate the request to our Tier 2 agents who will action the switching of the payroll system. The Tier 1 agent will also have to send you a template disclaimer which you have to send back and is added to the information for the Tier 2 department.
I too am considering making a move from Paysuite (£1 per employee per month) to Quickbooks Online Payroll ("QBOP"). QBOP is also £1 per employee per month. I was advised to send an email to: qboap underscore support at intuit dot com
