Hellocan any one help. I haven't advance my payroll forward and i have started to amend my payroll how can i undo the changes?

I'll share the two options on how to undo your changes before advancing your payroll into the next period. 

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), you can delete the draft to ensure the changes aren't saved. Here's how: 

1. Go to Employees from the left menu. 
2. Select Payroll. 
3. Go back to the pay period you've just amended. 
4. Click Delete draft at the upper right. 
5. Choose OK. 

Once everything is ready, you can approve and advance your payroll into the next pay period. 

If you're using PaySuite, there isn't currently a way to undo the changes after amending your payroll. However, you can roll back this payroll to reverse the journal entries for it. Before performing it, make sure to print your payslips and payroll reports so you'll have a backup. 

Once done, you can recreate the payroll to ensure the details are correct before advancing it into the next period.
