Help Employment Allowance not showing on HMRC account but its been submitted on the EPS

Hello Helen81, thanks for posting on the Community page, does the EPS show as submitted within QuickBooks? is it just on HMRC side it is now showing up?

Hi yes its showing on QuickBooks but not the HMRC side.  I submitted it on the 6th May.

Hello Helen81, thanks for checking that, we had a few other reports of this come in as well, can you please turn off Employment allowance on the settings then submit EPS and turn Employment allowance back on and submit EPS. We are not sure why it is not showing in HMRC side when it was submitted already through QBO but that’s what other customers have done and can resubmit the EPS and EA claims.
