Hello there, accounts196.

Updating your credentials is a good start to get rid of banking errors. It can be that there's a maintenance in your bank that's why the transactions are not downloaded correctly. I'd recommend contacting your bank to verify it.

In the meantime, we can manually upload the transactions to your QBO account. Let's start by signing in your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. Currently, these are our supported file formats:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QBO format

You can follow these steps to upload the transactions:

  1. Go the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
  4. On the Update drop-down menu, select File upload.

Then, we can exclude the incorrectly downloaded transactions to avoid duplicates.

If you're about to reconcile your account, I've included articles that will help you in doing it.

Reach out to me if you need assistance in working with the program. I'm always glad to lend a hand.
