How can I access payroll on the mobile application? I am paying for it but can't access it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Currently, the payroll feature is not yet integrated into the mobile version of QuickBooks Online. I can understand how convenient to have this option in the app. To help improve your experience in the program, I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team.

At times, we roll out product updates and enhancements based on the requests that we received from our customers. When you're ready here's how;

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Select Feedback.
4. Enter your comments and suggestions.
5. When you're done, click Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can access your QBO company through a supported web browser so you'll be able to run your payrolls.
